Input rules: plain characters 0-9 * # A B C D are DTMF. Use bracketed tokens for non-DTMF: [KP], [ST], [2600], [N] or [NICKEL], [DI] or [DIME], [Q] or [QUARTER]. Tokens can be mixed, eg: 1800[KP]5551212[ST][Q].
